The Idling Cost Calculator is designed to help estimate the financial and environmental costs of unnecessary vehicle idling, as well as provide estimates of cost savings and return on investment for idling reduction technologies.
Biodiesel Calculator
The Biodiesel Emissions Calculator is a useful tool developed to calculate the tail pipe and greenhouse gas emission reductions from using biodiesel compared to petrodiesel. The Calculator uses data from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and NRCan's GHG Genius.
Hybrid Calculator
This calculator helps you estimate the financial and environmental benefits from driving a hybrid electric vehicle compared to driving any other vehicle. Data is available for 1995 - 2008 model years, and is based on the vehicles' rated fuel economy.
