E3 is Canada’s only independent, non-profit managed system for “greening” Canada’s fleets. E3 stands for Energy, Environment, and Excellence – the core focus of the system.The system was designed by some of Canada’s leading fleet managers to respond to issues they face every day:

E3 is a national program that all fleets with all types of vehicles can join. A fleet can become a member to access system resources and later choose to take the next step by having a detailed fleet review of its operations. After a fleet review has been conducted, a fleet can apply for a “green rating” in which an independent auditor will conduct an in-depth review of a fleet’s operations against the E3 Rating Guidelines.

E-Newsletter: A regular e-newsletter providing updated information on E3 Fleet, training opportunities and current events.
Quarterly Newsletter: Quarterly newsletter giving the latest information on fleets that are participating in E3 Fleet, new technologies and fuels, and current events.
Canada's Green Fuels Map: E3 has developed Canada’s only alternative fueling station map (using Google Earth platform). Anyone with a web connection can instantly search by location and fuel type for any biodiesel, ethanol, hydrogen, natural gas, and propane station across Canada.
Calculators: Access to downloadable calculators that allow fleet managers to determine the emissions reductions and cost implications of using hybrid vehicles, biodiesel and idling reduction technologies.
E3 Fleet Rating Standards: Access to the E3 Fleet Rating Guidelines.
Discounts: Discounts on training workshops and fleet consultation services.
E3 Resources: A one-stop shop for information from fleet management, technical, business and program management experts.
